What year makes and models do we work on?
We work on vehicles that are 2000 and newer. There are some makes that we may not have the capabilities to work on, therefore, please check with our service advisor before making an appointment.
Can I bring in my own parts?
We do not accept outside parts. We are a full service facility. We provide the parts and labor warranty.
I have my own key, will you cut and program it?
We do not accept outside keys. We only cut and program our supplied keys.
I lost all my keys, how much to make a new one? And are you mobile?
We are not mobile. You will need to arrange to have your vehicle towed in. And the cost will depend on year, make, model, and the cost to retrieve the pin cut code. We highly recommend you call before having your vehicle towed to ensure we can assist you. There will also be security documents that will be needed to perform this service.
How much is it to fix my vehicle?
We can understand the importance of wanting to know how much to budget for when it comes to repairs. This is why our company will perform an evaluation prior to quoting a repair as we want to ensure the accuracy and availability of parts and get you as close to an accurate budget as we can.
Can I get my car in today for repair?
We do schedule by appointment, however depending on the schedule for the day and what type of repair it is will determine if its possible to have it inspected the same day.
Do you do wheel alignments?
We do perform alignments however if it isn't part of a service we actually performed, we will inspect suspension components prior to completing an alignment. Our advisers can update you on the fee for this service.
I need a tire repair, can you fix it?
We will only fix tires that we have sold. We typically refer these out to our fellow tire shops in town.
I have a check engine light on?
We would be happy to perform a quick scan, free of charge, to see what the readings are, however it will need further testing to find out what caused the light to come on. Your service adviser can tell you how much it will be for that service. (Note: Some vehicles will be excluded from a quick scan such as BMW, VW,AUDI and others that utilize different scan tools to retrieve the codes.)
I have a radiator that needs to be repaired, can you repair it?
It has been several years since we have repaired radiators. We actually do full replacement now. And we only sell what we would install. We no longer do any type of farm equipment, tractors or any other radiators that are not automotive related.
I've done my own work and I still have a problem. How much to do a diagnostic?
Once you have started doing your own repairs and replaced parts, it makes the testing more difficult as we have to go back to the initial concern, verify everything you have done, confirm what parts and brand you used and all that takes more time. Therefore, you will start at a minimum of $500 for us to perform testing.
I have replaced my own computer and I need it programmed, How much for this service?
We take these services on a case by case basis. Our staff will ask you a series of questions and will verify with the technician if it is something that we can assist you with. Costs vary depending on what type of programming must be done and what type of vehicle it is.
